EN ~ Life starts at 40, or so they say… assuming you’d be lucky enough to reach that age or even go way beyond. I’m thinking that what they meant with it is that you acquire a sense of your own self that you may not know until then. For instance, there are a few things about me I’m discovering now… I’m shy, so most of the time I’m too self-conscious to relax and let things be around me, that I knew very well. But, lately I’ve been feeling a change; not that I’m not shy anymore… it’s more like I’m getting used to the idea that most of the time what happens in your ordinary life doesn’t affect you as you think it does.
This is an homage to Anastasia Volkova and Seanen breathtaking pictures. Two very young and ridiculously talented people whose work is deeply inspirational.

ES ~ La vida empieza a los cuarenta, dicen por ahí. Eso, asumiendo que seras tan afortunado como para alcanzar esta edad o incluso pasarla. Supongo que lo que se oculta tras esta frase es el hecho de que adquieres una nueva perspectiva acerca de ti mismo. Por ejemplo, hay algunas cosas que he comenzado a descubrir en mí; soy tímida, por lo que suelo estar muy consciente de mi presencia en el mundo que me rodea y eso puede ser bastante estresante. Sin embargo, he notado que últimamente las cosas de la vida cotidiana no me afectan tanto como antes. ¿Será que finalmente estoy madurando?
Este es un homenaje a las maravillosas fotos de Anastasia Volkova y Seanen. Dos personas extremadamente jóvenes y ridiculamente talentosas cuyo trabajo es profundamente inspirador.
